Safety is one of Wheeler Central Schools top priorities and to help safeguard our school community, we’ve taken an important step that I want to share with you.
Our district is now using Vector Alert, a tip reporting service that allows students, staff, and parents to submit safety concerns to our administration five different ways. You can download the Vector Alert app, call or text the tip line at 308-223-2109, email the tip line at firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit the webpage at http://wheeler-ne.safeschoolsalert.com We will also be posting a link on our schools webpage (www.wbroncs.org) that will direct you straight to the reporting webpage.
Anyone can easily report tips on bullying, harassment, drugs, vandalism, threats of violence, any safety issue you're concerned about, and even give a staff member kudos through Vector Alert. When you submit a tip, be sure to use our district’s identification code of 2144 in your communication.
Every tip Vector Alert receives about our district is immediately logged in the system and our administration is notified so that they can investigate and take appropriate action. Tips may be submitted anonymously.
Together, using Vector Alert, we can make our district a safer place to work and learn! Thanks in advance for your support.
